Viktor Lisakonov

Viktor Lisakonov is representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the NATO Consultation, Command and Control Board, Ukrainian National Lead on the Coalition Warrior Interoperability eXploration, eXperimentation, eXamination,  eXercise (CWIX). He is an expert in the field of communication security and network security, cyber defence.
